How do you measure success?

This extraordinary phrase “we inter are “ has a profound meaning for those of us in business!

My understanding comes close to the saying “no-one is an island “ In fact the sense of it feels to me to be one of inclusivity and connection .

Every business decision we make has a consequence . Whether it is related to our people , our supply chain or the way we sell what we do .

I’ve always been a win - win person when it comes to selling what I do . hope that the exchange for money for my time will benefit my clients as much as it does myself .

There is not a day that I don’t learn something new from my clients and it’s my passion to share what I know with them.

My measures of success are when I see my clients succeed . Of course we need to make a profit but not at the expense of others!
