What type of growth is good?
Do we believe this? Or are we constantly looking to buy more, be more, do more ?
It can be a challenge in business or in organisations not to feel we must constantly grow ? But grow how ? how much is enough?
And what type of growth ? Depth , breadth ?
If we constantly want more it makes dissatisfied with what we already have and maybe we forget to be grateful for what we actually have .
But what type of growth IS good ?
As a leader how do you set the ambition or vision of your business or organisation ?
When is the performance of your staff enough / not enough ?
What do we reward and how ?
I want to train the leaders of tomorrow to be wise and insightful.
